Can you make custom packaging with our logo, colors and dimensions?
Yes. We customize dimensions, printed patterns, logo placement, colors and packaging details. Start with a PACK model or send your own reference. We will confirm the structure, material and artwork with you before production.
What is the minimum order for custom gift boxes?
The minimum order quantity is 200 pieces. Choose your preferred model, dimensions and finish, and send your requirements for a quotation.
Can magnetic gift boxes be supplied flat?
Many of our collapsible magnetic gift boxes can be supplied flat for assembly. Tell us whether you need flat or assembled delivery so we can confirm the structure, accessories and packing arrangement.
Can I order matching paper bags and gift boxes?
Yes. We can coordinate box and paper bag dimensions, artwork, colors and logo placement. Specify the products that will go inside so we can plan the proportions of the complete set.
How long do sampling and production take?
Typical samples take 2–3 days after the structure, dimensions and artwork requirements are confirmed. Typical production takes 7–15 days after approval. Timing depends on the project, and transit time is quoted separately.
What does the SGS documentation cover?
Our published 2025 SGS reports cover submitted white paperboard samples and the tests specified in each report. Supplier details are redacted in the public copies. Ask us which material documentation applies to your order.
What should I include in a wholesale packaging inquiry?
Include the PACK model or box style, product dimensions, order quantity, material preference, artwork or logo, finishing requirements, packing method and delivery destination. For inserts, also provide the size and weight of the products to be held.
