Match the structure to the gift

A magnetic box opens as a hinged presentation; a lid-and-base box separates into two pieces. Consider how a recipient lifts, opens and handles the packaging. PACK07 is a simple two-piece starting point, while the magnetic collection suits coordinated gift sets.

Build around the contents

Provide the dimensions and weight of each item before choosing the final box size. A fitted insert, divider or protective layer can help establish the layout. Include clearance for fingers, ribbons and any printed material that will sit inside.

Specify the complete presentation

Greyboard, paper wrap, printing and finishing should be considered as a combination. Foil stamping can emphasize a logo; a printed pattern can carry the identity across a larger surface. Confirm the sample before committing to a wholesale production order.

Specify the complete rigid-box system

Provide the product layout, individual weights and target internal dimensions. The greyboard, wrap paper, lid fit and insert must work together; choosing them separately can create loose contents, difficult opening or visible edge gaps.

From approved sample to wholesale order

The starting quantity is 200 pieces. Sampling typically takes 2–3 days once dimensions, materials and artwork are confirmed, followed by about 7–15 days for production after approval. Special finishes and multi-part sets receive a project-specific schedule.
