PACK06 is a folding mailer with a white exterior and kraft-tone interior, suited to a compact gift or retail presentation. PACK10 is a kraft shipping carton for a different style of packing. PACK09 is an archive and storage design with a removable lid and carrying handles.
Specify protection before decoration
Send product dimensions, weight, the number of items per shipment and the delivery destination. Confirm board grade and inner protection along with the printed design. A presentation image does not replace a packing assessment for the intended shipment.
Prepare for packing and storage
Flat delivery can simplify storage before assembly. Confirm bundle quantity, folded dimensions, outer carton arrangement and any pallet requirements. If you are packing a subscription kit, include cards, inserts and dividers in the sample review.

Is the reference carton size fixed?

Prototype before committing to the run
Custom mailer projects start at 200 pieces. Structural and printed samples generally take 2–3 days after the brief is complete; production generally takes 7–15 days after approval. Transit testing and delivery time are planned separately for the route and risk level.
